Description
Organic butterfly pea flower tea – flowers are usually meant for beautification but in case of this gorgeous plant, they have a greater role to play. Blue flower tea made from 100% organic dried butterfly pea flowers, harvested daily in Northern Thailand during bloom in the early morning hours and then sun-dried, no chemicals are used in the process.
Preparation method: Pour boiling water in a cup over a few (3) flowers. Watch the colour turn blue. Sip slowly. Add lemon and colour of your tea will change from blue to pink purple.
