What is IPL PHOTO REJUVENATION?
IPL skin photo rejuvenation is a non-invasive skin procedure using intense pulse light known as IPL.
IPL is different to laser as it emits a broad wavelength light that is pulsed into the skin with the ability to treat multiple skin conditions simultaneously.
The heat stimulated by the energy of IPL stimulates new collagen production, firms the skin and reduces pore size resulting in flawless looking skin.
What does IPL Photo Rejuvenation Treat?
- Rosacea
- broken capillaries and facial veins
- Fine lines, wrinkles and enlarged pores
- Sun damage
- Age spots
- Pigmentation and Freckles
What can you expect with your IPL treatment?
A series of treatments at intervals of 4 weeks apart is recommended to experience the full benefits of IPL Photorejuvenation and target your skins concerns.
During treatment is it common to feel a very quick flash of heat over the area that is being treated.
Straight after your treatment your skin may look a little red, just like a mild sunburn and pigmentation can darken initially however it will gradually flake off in a time period of 5-7 days.
Improvements within your skin can be seen after 10 days after treatment revealing brighter, more luminous skin.
